IM-PULS explores a fundamental process quality of life through dance - a cyclical event, carried by a steady, almost deaf pulse and fluctuating, lively impulses. The performance unfolds as a movement through inner and outer states: it tells of the experience of separation - from ourselves, from each other and from nature. The starting point is a social rigidity, characterized by individualization and powerlessness, which increases the desire for rebellion and change. An existential tension arises between isolation and functioning in a mechanized society, which leads to sensing. A new togetherness begins in the solidary recognition of the other person, from which an emotional force and moments of deep connection arise. Some linger in this movement, others sink deeper - into silence, exhaustion, devotion. But there is magic here too. New vitality, direction and confidence grow from the depths. For a moment, everything flows - coherent, pulsating, bright. A danced narrative of constant change.
