Meditation is a return - to yourself.
A pause, a listening to the subtle sounds of your own soul.
On this day, we will open a protected space together for what you want to perceive, feel, move and calm down.
We will get to know and practise different forms of meditation - in silence and in movement, with creativity and conscious contemplation.
Guided and active meditations will alternate with phases of sitting in silence - all in the service of your centering, your inner alignment.
This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to encounter themselves in a new way and immerse themselves more deeply in their own experience - regardless of previous experience.
The only prerequisite: curiosity about yourself and enjoyment of mindful encounters in the group.
Please bring comfortable clothes and a scarf or blanket for the silent phase - so that you don't get cold when you are completely with yourself.
