Your safe space running club in Düsseldorf
For all flinta/women who feel too slow, too insecure, or not seen enough in traditional running clubs.
There’s no pace-shaming here. Just running, together.

We meet at 11 a.m. at Lilo (sometimes earlier when it’s hot), where we can leave our stuff and bags (at our own risk), run together, and then stop by again for coffee and cake. 🐝☕️🍰
