INDUSTRIAL X 34OST powered by Stadtwerke Düsseldorf.

The "inDUStrial" project in Düsseldorf connects local musicians with resident industrial companies that open their factory gates to allow creatives to draw inspiration from machine sounds.

The innovative project creates a unique connection between industry and music.

The unique approach results in 15 new pieces of music in various genres that will be released on a sampler on Oct. 27, 2023.
On October 28, 2023, four of the inDUStrial musicians will perform at "34 East" starting at 7:00 pm:

Tom Blankenberg
SØLYST (Thomas Klein)
Pyrolator (Kurt Dahlke)

The concert evening takes place with the kind support of Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, AWISTA and Asphalt Festival as part of MTV Music Week.

Kurt Dahlke is a legend in the electronic music scene, known for punk bands like D.A.F. as well as for his work in the "Neue Deutsche Welle". Thomas Klein, also known as Sølyst, is the drummer for Kreidler and excels at hypnotic beats. Tom Blankenberg is a versatile musician who combines silence and sound in a unique way. Stefan Jürke, known as Yürke, is a fixture in the Düsseldorf electronic scene and stands for intense, surprising sound collages.
