The profound purification practice of Vajrasattva
Learn to purify negative karma with the meditation and recitation of Vajrasattva. Many Buddhist practitioners choose this practice as their main practice. In fact, the explanations of how to purify negative karma are considered the greatest kindness the Buddha has shown to living beings. If we purify our negative karma, we purify the inner causes of suffering. And if the inner causes of suffering are absent, then the outer causes of suffering such as ageing, illness or death can no longer harm us. We will be able to maintain a positive, peaceful and happy mind regardless of external circumstances. We gain true inner freedom with which we are most useful to others.
Based on the text The New Guide to Dakiniland, Gen Gyudzhin will explain the four forces of purification (regret, faith, counterforce and promise) and how we use them in conjunction with Buddha Vajrasattva. Everyone is welcome.
This retreat is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. In each of the three sessions there will be short explanations and guided meditations, in between a coffee/tea break and a lunch break and time and space for sharing and questions.
