You bring whatever moves you. I accompany the exchange with impulses, guided reflection questions and create a space in which real exchange is possible: without explaining, without justifying, without judgment.

About Dorothea Weidner

For a long time, I was exactly where you might be right now: I worked in the automotive and electronics industry for 10 years. Successful on the outside, increasingly empty on the inside. Until a burnout prompted me to turn my life upside down.

Step by step, I found my way back to myself and consciously redesigned my life. In the process, I learned, tried out and rediscovered many things. And above all: I let go of a lot of things that never belonged to me - or no longer belonged to me (roles, masks, thoughts, beliefs, convictions, behaviors, ...). ).

Today I live a life that feels like me. Colorful, lively, with depth and lots of joy.

And that is exactly what I accompany today - with all my heart and based on sound expert knowledge. I often hear from my clients "Dorothea, you are the first one who really sees and understands me" because I have been through this experience myself .
