rAUSzeit is not a classic workshop, lecture or coaching seminar. It's a real experiential space - with your head, heart and body. No endless head spinning, but playful curiosity paired with focus and clarity, accompanied by lots of lightness and laughter.

About Dorothea Weidner

I know what it feels like to know that you need a new direction - and still can't get away from it. After my burnout, that was my everyday life. I knew I couldn't go on like this. But where to go? That was still unclear.

Step by step, I found my way. And today, that's exactly where I accompany women - from wanting to doing.

As a certified stress coach, stress management specialist (IHK) and holistic mentor, I combine systemic coaching, healing work and strategy consulting - because real change needs head, heart and gut. My "past" from 10 years of project management and process optimization in the automotive and electronics industry as well as the experience of a burnout also flow into my work.

I often hear from my clients "Dorothea, you are the first one who really sees and understands me" because I have been through these experiences myself and have the relevant expert knowledge .

Change can be easy and fun 🙂
