In the organizer's words:

Once again, we invite you to play with many works of art in the exterior and public interior of the Bundeskunsthalle over the summer. Returning from previous years are the popular water pavilion Circular Appearing Rooms by Jeppe Hein and the Bonn slide by Carsten Höller. The organic climbing frame by Temitayo Ogunbiyi You will follow the Rhein and compose play (playground) and the three soccer goal walls Camouflage/Torwand 1-3 [Croy, Kleff, Maier] by Olaf Nicolai will once again enrich the playful course in the spirit of sustainable thinking. Finnegan Shannon's benches Do you want us here or not (KAH) can also be used again, addressing issues such as the accessibility of art in general and in exhibition spaces.

Following the theme year of ecological sustainability in 2025, the year 2026 will focus on social sustainability, cohesion and mindfulness. Works of art are offered that invite reflection and interactive play, but also deal with images, language or music/sound as cross-border and universal forms of communication.

Interactions, interventions and irritations provide the opportunity to actively participate in the art.
