What do you think of when you hear "early music"? Powdered wigs and stiff concert halls, Bach and Vivaldi? In this sing-along workshop, we dive into a completely different, almost forgotten world of Latin American music from the 16th to 18th centuries, where indigenous rhythms, African influences and European harmonies came together. Together with the Argentinian tenor Rafael Montero, we explore this fascinating South American baroque music and sing pieces together in indigenous languages, Latin and Spanish.
