Internationaler Frauentag - Care-Walk

SOCIAL WORK ACTION DAY ON INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY ON 8 MARCH

ver.di Frankfurt, together with the feminist strike collective Frankfurt and other groups, invites you to a joint Care Walk on March 8.

We will start at 13:00 at the DGB building and end at Liebfrauenberg at around 16:00.

During the walk, we will focus on different levels of queerfeminist care work. Be it the current collective bargaining struggle of employees in the social professions, the everyday resistance against trans and queer hostility or the anti-racist protests against right-wing, anti-feminist violence.

We learn to develop understanding for each other from our differences and to learn from each other as we go. Together we raise our voices for transnational feminism and remember and mourn those affected by patriarchal violence: Ni una menos! Jin, jiyan, azadi! The crises are in the system - feminist strikes worldwide!

Pack something purple to wear and/or purple accessories for the walk as decoration and as many of your colleagues as possible and come along!

About halfway through the Care Walk we will stop in front of the Kita-Frankfurt headquarters and show the employers what needs to be improved! Immediately afterwards there will be a short coffee break to relax together.
