Everyone agrees that climate and environmental protection must improve quickly. In our current economic system, however, it seems difficult to initiate a turnaround. Ulrike Herrmann and Prof. Dr. Stefan Kolev discuss whether environmental protection and capitalism can be combined.

🐾 Ulrike Herrmann is taz business editor and successful author. She wrote the bestseller "The end of capitalism. Why growth and climate protection are not compatible - and how we will live in the future".

🐾 Prof. Dr. Stefan Kolev is Scientific Director of the Ludwig Erhard Forum for Economy and Society in Berlin and Professor of Political Economy at the West Saxon University of Applied Sciences in Zwickau.

🐾 Konstantin Peveling moderates this talk. He holds a PhD in Political Economy from King's College London and is a taz lab editor.
