Javus Quartett
In the organizer's words:
Up-and-coming quartet from Salzburg
Ever since Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, it has been clear that Salzburg is a city of music. The Javus Quartet, three of whose members are from the city on the Salzach, proves this. In their program, the musicians span an arc from the classical period to the present day and demonstrate how they are constantly reinventing the string quartet. Marie-Therese Schwöllinger, Alexandra Moser and Oscar Hagen have been playing together since childhood. In 2016, they founded the Javus Quartet with Marvin Stark from Halle. You can hear the ten years of artistic collaboration - the four can trust each other blindly on stage and have already won numerous prizes.
