SLEET are like the weather in their hometown of Hamburg - surprising and changeable. Like sunshine following rain, psychedelic riffs follow fast and progressive groove changes. Since 2021, SLEET'sthundering basslines, atmospheric guitar sounds and driving drums have reflected the volatility of weather and people in their music. With their energy, Jonas Kröner (vocals/guitar), Jean Maurice (vocals/drums) and Jan Gehrmann (bass) manage to sweep the audience away and transport them to other worlds. SLEETi released theirfirst songs at the beginning of 2023, followed by various gigs since then. In March 2024, the band celebrated the release of the video for the single "SUNWARS" at a sold-out concert

WAR is back. And with it comes a record that hits like a thud: VENIVIDIWAR - an emotionally charged genre bastard of shoegaze, doom, screamo, stoner, math rock and prog. In the past, when things were still mainstream, it might have been called alternative, in a just world simply doomgaze. After their debut (2023), which also featured six songs from their side project Deibel on the B-side, the trio from Leipzig are now opening a new chapter. The sound ranges from melancholic soundscapes to honestly snappy and massive heaviness. In the field of tension between political gloom and personal grief, the lyrics drill into the breaking points of our time. Vaporized world-weariness. Anger seethes, but here and there a little hope shimmers - and it all comes with a force that stays in your stomach. United in the joy of loudness: Arvid (Lingua Nada & Oat), Fred (Trecker) and Tim (Nikita Curtis). For people who like loud and like to check out counting times.
