In the organizer's words:
JayDee's Dream is a nine-piece jazz ensemble from the greater Freiburg area. They play diverse, melodic, modern jazz in the style of the Phil Norman Tentet—with plenty of groove, energy, and room for solos. The six-piece horn section gives the band a very special sound that falls somewhere between a small group and a big band—a sound you rarely get to hear.
