Since winning the "Loss mer singe" casting in 2014, JP Weber has taken off as a soloist. It's not for nothing that many call him "Die Flitsch": He is a true virtuoso on the mandolin, which he received as a gift from Hans Süper himself. With his mandolin, a large pinch of humor, his genuine Cologne style and very special lyrics, he brings the Cologne folk songs closer to his audience - without them seeming dusty or outdated!

But Weber is not only known as a soloist. For many years, the artist has been active as a composer for numerous Cologne bands. He has penned over 400 compositions. www.jp-weber.de
