JTB im Thalia: Die Weiße Rose - Die letzten Tage der Sophie Scholl
In the organizer's words:
Together with her older brother Hans, Sophie Scholl studied at the University of Munich from 1942. The siblings come from a Christian-liberal family. The injustice of the Nazi dictatorship became increasingly clear to them and their friends, and their need to do something about it and shake up the indifferent population became ever more urgent.
The Junges Theater Bonn was awarded the right to stage Die weiße Rose - Die letzten Tage der Sophie Scholl based on the screenplay by Fred Breinersdorfer. Jens Heuwinkel's production is suitable for audiences aged 14 and over.
