IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
As every year, we expect a lot of people who want to celebrate carnival in Cologne & also with us at Bumann & Sohn. Therefore you have to expect longer waiting times this year! We ask for your understanding.

To ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, here is the most important information for KARNEVAL 2026 at Bumann & Sohn 🎉🎉🎉 🥳

We will be celebrating indoors and also in the largely covered outdoor area😍 There will of course be carnival music, plenty to drink & food stalls for the hunger in between!

There is a separate entrance / queue for people with a PRE-SALE TICKET! Priority admission with pre-sale tickets only applies to the first hour of the event. This applies to every day. Therefore, please arrive early and have your tickets ready. After that, the tickets remain valid, but access is then only possible through the normal entrance / waiting area. There is no longer prioritized admission here and there may be waiting times and possibly an admission stop if it is full.

Every day, the WAITING AREA for people without a VVK ticket opens parallel to the ticket entrance. There you draw a number. During your waiting time, you can move around freely in the waiting area and we will provide you with carnival music, bottled beer and schnapps🥳. There are also toilets there :) As soon as your number is called or displayed, you come to the entrance area, show your number, pay admission (information at the cash desk) and get a stamp.

As soon as you leave the Bumann & Sohn and come back at a later time, you will have to queue again or take a number despite the stamp. But you do not have to pay admission again. This also applies to people with a VVK ticket!

🚨Pleasenote:
As far as possible, we try not to admit people with costumes that are racist, discriminatory or glorify violence. Yes, this includes soldiers, police officers, fighter pilots, SWAT etc. Any kind of fake weapon (pistol/gun, sword, etc.), dangerous objects and foreign drinks will be taken away from you by our security staff! We also reserve the right to refuse entry to people who are too drunk and/or aggressive.

If you now feel addressed and wonder whether your planned costume might hurt, offend, unsettle or frighten other people, we ask you not to write us a message describing your costume and asking whether you can come in with your special costume. If you feel like it, just come in a different costume.
