Do you want to play confidently at the foosball table - without the pressure and pressure to explain? Then our women-only foosball training sessions are made just for you! ⚽🔥

Together with our partner Mühlen Kölsch, we create a safe space for women only, where you can learn the basics of foosball step by step. Whether you've only ever played at family parties or have never really stood at a table before - this is the right place for you 💜

👟 What you can expect:
- Training on 8 professional foosball tables
- Exclusively female coaches with Bundesliga experience
- Girls / Ladies only / Flinta welcome - no mansplaining, no stress
- Unique offer in Cologne ✨

⚽ We'll show you:
- Hard & targeted shots on goal
- Block & control shots
- Calm down the game & build up cleverly
- Small rules lesson - finally a clear overview!
- Final fun tournament for action & a good mood 🥳

🎯 Workshop goal:
- Basic skills for more self-confidence
- Challenge & play along at the foosball table 💪

✅ Prerequisites:
- You don't need any experience - the course is aimed exclusively at beginners & newcomers
- No sporting or physical requirements
- Foosball is a sport for everyone (Flinta welcome!) 🙌
- Participation possible from the age of 16

💸 Costs:
- 49 per course
- 29 for students, trainees & pupils

- To guarantee the best possible training for you, places are limited
- Maximum of 12 participants per course
