DISCOVER YOGA WITH SHEEP

Kids get to know yoga in a playful way, strengthening their body awareness, concentration, and self-confidence. Through imagination, movement, and short relaxation exercises, we create a balance to the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

When the weather is nice, we head out to the pasture to visit the sheep—a truly special experience in nature.
