Kindertheater: 'Chaos im Kopf'

Spring at the Dramatische Vereinigung means: the children's ensemble takes to the stage! In the new play 'Chaos in the Head', the children's ensemble of the Dramatic Association addresses a topic that many children (and adults) are familiar with: What happens when an important friendship is suddenly put to the test?

The ensemble of 20 children and young people aged 8 to 17 takes the audience on a journey into the mind of the girl Lucy. While searching for a lost key, the schoolgirl finds her best friend in Emma. But when Emma's family moves away, the friendship threatens to break up. Can something so precious last for hundreds of kilometers? And can Ben, who suddenly appears, be just as good a friend? Lucy's head is swirling with emotions. Who wouldn't want to look behind her forehead?

In 'Chaos in the Head' this becomes possible! It reveals what would otherwise remain hidden: Feelings such as joy, anger, fear, sorrow and disgust come to life and give you the opportunity to look inside Lucy's head.

Performance dates:

At 3 p.m. on each of the two weekends before the Easter vacations:

• Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15
• Saturday, March 21 and Sunday, March 22

The performance on March 15 will be translated into sign language by Aline Ackers.

'Chaos im Kopf' is a play about friendship, solidarity and the power of emotions - a theater experience for the whole family.
