In the organizer's words:

We will welcome you in the seminar kitchen or on the terrace of the WILDKRÄUTEREI with a glass of herbal lemonade - homemade from our own wild herbs, of course.

After we have explained the basic rules for collecting and identifying wild herbs, we will go out and see what nature has to offer for our small menu. We help ourselves to our own wild herb garden. Cooking with wild herbs is always different, depending on the season and where we collect them. Don't worry, our harvest will be plentiful and everyone will be full!

Back at the WILDKRÄUTEREI, we cook wild, delicious dishes from the wild herbs and other ingredients. Together we will enjoy our wild meal at a large table.
