Jan Müller (tocotronic) : Klez.E are back!
In 2016, they surprised us with "Disintegration". It was an overdose of The Cure, which was great. Now they've returned to themselves with their new album "Erregung".
The autobiographical title track is a moving testimony to how being an outsider drives people like us into a love of music.
In "Tortur" Tobias Siebert sings: "Like the world, we can no longer be saved / My lips on yours". Klez.E's view of the world is romantic, deeply sad and political. There is pain in the music, but also anger at the circumstances in which we are trapped. I recommend you sink deep into their songs!
