Namoli Brennet's style embodies modern American songwriting, which is characterized by folk, jazz and rhythm & blues. Her 11th album "Ditch Lilies" was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award in Germany. In April 2016, she released a live album together with her Berlin backing musicians. On May 25, 2016, a concert by the Namoli Brennet Trio was recorded by NDR, directed by Peter Urban (Eurovision presenter), in Hamburg's Downtown Blues Club and broadcast live for an hour.

If 3 years ago it was still called - Namoli who? - she is now an established musical force in Europe. She has performed at the United Nations in Geneva, at the Venner Folkfrühling and at L-Beach 2019 alongside MIA and Prada Meinhoff. The US Billboard magazine praised Brennet's song "Thorn in Your Side" in an article as outstanding.

Organizers and audiences now know exactly why Namoli Brennet and her songs enjoy an excellent reputation in North America. The Tucson Weekly counts her among the "best folk rock artists in the country", while Zocalo Magazine calls her music "captivating and introspective".

Not only has one of her now no less than 15 CDs been voted one of the top albums of the year by various US radio stations, her music has also been featured in the Emmy-winning film documentary "Out in the Silence", which documents the struggle of a teenager in rural Pennsylvania.
