Concert and reading by the Jewish Chamber Orchestra Munich - on April 14 at 5 pm - Schauspielhaus, Großes Haus - as part of Fokus Ukraine - European Theater Festival 777 TAGE ДНІВ DAYS
Together with the author Stella Leder, the Jewish Chamber Orchestra Munich embarks on a musical journey through the work and life of Józef Koffler, born in Stryj (Ukraine) in 1896. An evening about human and cultural destruction, focusing on the question of how rituals of remembrance can be broken through in order to arrive at an actual remembrance as work on the present. Finally, a string quartet will play the work "Ukrainian Sketches" (op. 27).
