If you want to see Cologne from a bird's eye view, climb the city's towers and rooftops with us. The visitor platform of the LVR Tower and the tower ascent of Cologne Cathedral are among the city's sights. But what does the city look like from other towers or rooftops? As always, we have found new locations. The Hansahochhaus, the Hahnepooz, the old telecommunications office and the tower of St. Severin. The 65-metre Hansahochhaus was the tallest high-rise building in Europe in 1925 - but only for a short time, as other major cities followed suit. The Koerfer Group actually built a small roof terrace on the roof, from which we can enjoy unobstructed views in all directions. August Sander portrayed Cologne from above here and the paternoster elevator still goes up to the 11th floor.
On 11.7. after the Hansahochhaus, we continue to the Hahnepooz to look towards Aachen.
The tour on 18.7. continues from the Hansahochhaus to the 13th floor of the telecommunications office opposite Peek&Cloppenburg, and finally to the tower of St. Severin, which offers a charming view of the Südstadt and the Rheinauhafen.

We would like to thank Ms. Steinmeier from the Koerfer Group for letting us onto the roof terrace of the Hansahochhaus, Mr. Curt Rehfus from the Ehrengarde for opening the Hahnepooz, Deutsche Telekom AG and St. Severin.

The towers, roofs and upper floors are not normally open to the public. So we have exclusive views. As we are walking on a medieval tower and partly uneven ground, please wear sneakers.
