The Kölner Kurrende collaborates for the first time with the JugendJazzOrchester NRW and combines exciting big band sound and excellent choral singing in works by Duke Ellington and Michael Villmow.
In his "Sacred Concerts" Duke Ellington combines big band and choral sound to create rousing religious music, which together with Michael Villmow's "Da pacem - give us peace" promises an exciting concert experience. The Kölner Kurrende leaves its usual musical terrain and shows its versatility together with the JugendJazzOrchester NRW and makes the Kölner Philharmonie swing.
