After the Karben Open Air 2024 at the latest, it was clear: The band KONTROLLVERLUST belongs on the festival stage!
In addition to the intro songs from Disney, anime and TV series, KONTROLLVERLUST dig up long-forgotten catchy tunes and relentlessly beat the tried and tested with the nostalgia club: guitar, drums, bass. Nothing is straightened out, nothing comes off the production line. With a proper punk attitude, the guys give their favorite songs a new coat of paint that not only raises the pulse of 90s kids. You feel like you're sitting in front of the TV with a huge bowl of cornflakes when your favorite show is on - except that nobody comes in and tells KONTROLLVERLUST to turn it down... or even worse: get some fresh air!

With the same energy, the boys also play their digital stage on YouTube every month with music videos that have already been clicked 15 million times in total. Almost 100,000 cross-platform followers and enthusiastic fan voices speak for themselves - and all without management or major advertising campaigns, because the KONTROLLVERLUST project exists and continues to be self-directed. Luckily, between planning, organizing and over 100 videos, there was still time for a whopping 8 studio albums!
