The Alte Feuerwache Köln is considered one of the most important performance venues for new and contemporary music in NRW. We are incredibly happy to now have a new concert grand piano in the building that was designed precisely for this style of music. The instrument, a concert grand piano from the Black Forest-based company Sauter, has a special register for new music and is therefore ideally suited for concerts in the Alte Feuerwache.

The grand piano will be inaugurated by pianists Dorrit Bauerecker, Martin von der Heydt and Thibaut Surugue, who were instrumental in the selection of the instrument.

Afterwards we invite you to a drink.
