About the play:
The Ralstons’ remote guesthouse is cut off from the outside world by a snowstorm. On the radio, they hear about a murder that has taken place in London. One by one, various guests arrive at the inn, and a police officer calls to announce that he intends to investigate at the inn. Despite having alibis, all the guests are under suspicion. Suspicion grows. Is the murderer to be found at the inn, or is the audience being led down the wrong path? Agatha Christie’s detective story contains all the elements one would expect from a thrilling mystery and, with 70,000 performances over more than 73 years, is the world’s longest-running play.
