Have you long been a regular at your favorite Indian restaurant and no longer want to just passively enjoy the delicious food? Have you heard so much about the effects of Indian spices and want to find out more?

Then join the chefs and a group of up to 12-16 people on our India cooking course and try out the ingredients from faraway lands for yourself. Ginti's service chef and translator Farrukh from Pakistan, Babu, the tandoori man from Bangladesh and finally the warm-hearted chef Parmood from India will support you. We have chosen a classic Indian menu that gives all guests an insight into the most important facets of Indian cuisine. The Bengali cooking class at Indian Dhaba will feature West Indian delicacies - from Alem Khan, the chef of the former Taj Mahal restaurant.

The course takes place on Sunday lunchtimes in the large kitchen of the Indian restaurant "Ginti Foodclub" or at Indian Dhaba in Cologne-Mülheim.
