Kultursommer Starnberg 2026 - LIAB

For over 15 years now, the quartetLIAB(short for “Lost in a Bar”) has been performing on Bavaria’s most beautiful small-scale venues. And whether in a cozy setting or on large stages like Munich’s Theatron in the Olympiapark, the Andechserzelt at the Tollwood Festival, or the “Boandlkramerei” musicians’ tent at the Munich Oktoberfest, the four musicians know how to captivate audiences on any stage. They play original compositions in dialect, give well-known hits a Bavarian twist, or create clever versions and “Mädlis” of evergreens from any era. 

Throughout their career, they’ve performed hundreds of concerts, released two albums, made numerous television and radio appearances, and collaborated with absolute legends such as Hannes Ringlstetter, Konstantin Wecker, and Roland Hefter. They’re currently on tour with the following show: “Dienstleistungskunst,” in which they recount their tragicomic journey from cover band to cabaret group.

In case of bad weather, the concert will be rescheduled for July 28, 2026.

Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports up-and-coming and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scenes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can enjoy musical surprises and discover exciting artists while enjoying drinks and good food.

The outdoor café—the “Bucentaur Kulturcafé”—treats visitors to a wide selection of hot and cold delicacies during opening hours.
