Kultursommer Starnberg 2026 - Glump
In the organizer's words:
Anyone who’s taken a stroll along the Isar on a warm summer day may have already come across the band GLUMP. Since they didn’t have a rehearsal space at first, their rehearsals usually take place right here in the open air. It’s not uncommon for these rehearsals to turn into impromptu concerts. Their songs have a laid-back, purely instrumental sound and often tell a story at their core. They draw inspiration for their sound from brass bands in the southern United States and the Balkans.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place at the Schlossberghalle in Starnberg.
Free admission.
Culture Stage
Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scenes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can let themselves be musically surprised and discover exciting artists while enjoying drinks and good food.
Free admission to the concerts.
The outdoor café—the “Bucentaur Kulturcafé”—treats visitors to a wide selection of hot and cold delicacies during opening hours.
