Kulturzelt Kassel 2025

In the organizer's words:

The Kulturzelt Kassel has existed for over 30 years, takes place in a temporary building on the Drahtbrücke in Kassel and represents an important cultural and social highlight in Kassel.
As a partner of the "Open for Diversity - United against Exclusion" initiative, diversity in all its dimensions is important to us.
We take a clearly visible stance in favor of social and cultural diversity. We are convinced that an open and diverse society is the foundation for good and successful coexistence. We see ourselves as part of a movement that is - in the truest sense of the word - exemplary.
The Kulturzelt should be colorful, exciting and progressive and open to new trends. For us, this means curating and implementing an interdisciplinary program and giving the audience magical moments.
The Kulturzelt offers a unique live music experience for Kassel and the North Hesse region, providing a stage for many popular types of music. The program is aimed at all those interested in music between the ages of 6 and 90, not only women, men and children, but also deliberately at all the various groups of the LGBTQ movement.
This is also increasingly reflected in the selection of our artists.
