Braunschweig's history and innovative strength take center stagein the Old Town Hall. Short guided tours of the city model "1000 Years of the Lion City" convey the development of the city of Braunschweig from its beginnings to the present day. The guided tour "Löwenstarke Erfindungen: Industrial history from Braunschweig" presents important companies, personalities and technical achievements in the region. Historical film footage of Braunschweig's city history is also shown.

Short guided tours (approx. 15-20 minutes) on Voigtländer, Rollei, Brunsviga, Heinrich Büssing, Max Jüdel, Pantherwerke, etc. in the exhibition: 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30 and 16:30
