John Dowland, who left his mark on an entire era of British music, died 400 years ago. The recorder player Tabea Wink recognizes in the baroque music of this country "a fine feeling for nuances, quiet melancholy without grand gestures and a lightness that never slips into triviality". She interweaves compositions with traditional melodies to create an atmospheric late night.
