Listen to literary texts under the open sky, reflect on sociopolitical issues, and engage in conversation with one another—that’s what the “Lauschvergnügen” event at the Romanisches Haus in Grugapark (Külshammerweg 10, 45149 Essen) invites you to do. The City of Essen’s Office for Gender Equality is hosting this event for the third time in collaboration with the Essen City Library, EUROPE DIRECT Essen, and Grugapark Essen. The focus is on gender equality, gender roles, and diversity—and this year’s event also marks the 40th anniversary of the Office for Gender Equality. Free admission. Guests may enter through the Mustergärten entrance.
