Clay building workshop for young people and adults with bueraumilieux

The walk-in House of Dust by bueraumilieux consists of a steel construction, clay and straw. Since the end of April, parts of it have been standing on the roof terrace of the Kunstmuseum Bochum with a view of the city park. The house is now exposed to the weather, changes over time and begins to turn back to dust. In the context of the exhibition The Public Green, it now asks: Who is responsible for a work of art (in public space)? What happens when we organize care together? When does decay begin and when is it part of the work? In an open workshop with bureaumilieux, there will be an introduction to working with clay as a sustainable building material. The house will be inspected together and repaired if necessary.
