In die erlöschung, Cologne-based writer Nora Schramm takes a closer look at images of masculinity. Higher, further, faster - the male comparison of performance ("there our men run through the landscape have obviously sorted themselves according to size"), which determines all areas of life and also gender relations, turns into a violent horror scenario here. The text is a poem for several voices, in which perspectives overlap and different levels come to the fore.

Nora Schramm presents her text, which was published in parasitenpresse, together with three actors in an unusual staged reading.
