After the ultra-nationalist party SfDD (Victory for Germany and the Germans) comes to power, the right to abortion is punishable by life imprisonment. But Mathilda does not allow herself to be suppressed. In a desperate, secret action, she terminates her unwanted pregnancy, triggering not only a personal but also a political uprising within herself.
