Not just for Carnival fans: A birthday party with a brass band at Schadowplatz!

NRW is turning 80, and that calls for a celebration: The Carnival Brass Party Pop Band from Cologne/Bonn is known for hits, authentic live music, positive vibes, and a passion for performing on any kind of stage. Their music and their now 16-year history consistently reflect an impressive diversity and attention to detail.

With their current hit “Karnevalsmaus,” the band has played and danced its way into people’s hearts. The song reached No. 1 on the official German singles charts. This marks the first time in 19 years that a carnival song has topped the charts and the first time in four years that a national band has done so. 

The concert is part of the“Zum Glück: 80 Years of NRW” state anniversary program organized by the Haus der Geschichte Nordrhein-Westfalen Foundation.
