Not reinventing entertainment, but interpreting it in a thoroughly innovative way, this entertaining, musical LaberLesung combines several elements of cabaret.
One after the other, with each other and as it happens, three soloists of a special kind, Butterwegge, Georg Zimmermann and Neuser, present specially written and edited poetry, spontaneous comedy and German-language music.
In doing so, they also surprise each other, which sometimes creates ingenious and weird moments.

*The Butterwegge
The Ruhrpott bard sings and chats about life at night, the art of proper intoxication, how to shoot the daily grind and waking up in drunk tanks. Butterwegge strolls somewhere between folk and the specially created musical style "Alko-Pop". Always as close as possible to the audience and preferably right in the middle of it. For the pub philosopher, spoken word and music belong inseparably on stage.

*Georg Zimmermann
Georg Zimmermann chooses to dismember his own excess, media excesses, role clichés or the absurdistan of our working world. Inspired by Heinrich Heine, Georg Kreisler or even Bob Dylan, he finds his very own approach to the German language. In doing so, he proves to be an astute contemporary who diagnoses civilization's diseases and directs melancholy and lovesickness into accentuated channels with bizarre humor and a high density of wordplay.

*Neuser

Neuser pulls you out of sleep, keeps you busy, and then lets you rest again.
You can party and dream with him, his music embraces you and then won't let you stand still again. German-language IndiePopRock that has fortunately managed to stay underground and that deals with things that really matter in a very special way. Neuser's intangible vocal color, coupled with incredibly catchy melodies and discreetly kept technology Schnick Schnack are rounder than a circle.
