We have beaten out the living room carpet for you.

The Schreibwerkstatt Köln is bringing literary short texts to the stage as part of the festival program for the Day of the Good Life!

In our open-air living room in the middle of Porzer Bahnhofsstraße (near St. Josef's Church), authors from our literary collective will read their own prose and poetry for the festival audience - original, pointed and guaranteed to be entertaining. The contributions only last about ten minutes each. So stop for a moment, listen in, take a seat! Anyone who dares is welcome to spontaneously sign up to read aloud.

The Schreibwerkstatt Köln is a literary collective that has been in existence since 2017 and organizes weekly writing meetings, a monthly reading series (MIT ANDEREN WORTEN) and an annual writing retreat. The collective works on a voluntary basis, all events are non-commercial and open to everyone. You can find more information here.
