Los Púa Abajo - Tango Concert

In the organizer's words:

After their concert in January 2024, the Argentinian guitar duo "Los Púa Abajo" will perform for the fourth time (!!!) at the Círculo Hispano-Alemán Antonio Machado as part of their European tour in January 2025.

On this special occasion, they will present their new album "Lenguaje Tango" for the first time, on which they have "translated" music by Frank Zappa, Francisco Tárrega, Johann Sebastian Bach and the Rolling Stones (among others) into the language of tango, with their original arrangements and characteristic personality.

They will also play original music from their previous albums as well as traditional tangos from the golden era.

The evening will be enriched by the presence of Cologne-based Argentinian singer Ursula Cuesta , with whom they will perform some great classical tangos on two guitars and vocals.

A concert not to be missed, especially for lovers of tango and guitar music, but also for all those who are enthusiastic about world music and instrumental music in general.
