What was supposed to be one of the happiest moments turns into a nightmare. After the birth of their child, Kerry and Kenny's marriage seems to have collapsed. Kenny's post-traumatic stress disorder is triggered by the child's crying, and Kenny can barely distinguish between reality and his own fears. But the two do not give up. Over the course of ten years, we accompany their healing process, individually and together. Talk therapy, horse riding and ice bathing help them to find each other and become more resilient.
