Eighties aesthetics meet the current indie zeitgeist: lùisa is not only a singer, she also wrote, arranged and produced her new album, "Call Me the Witch", in her own studio. The album captivates with warm sounds, synthesizers, sparkling guitars - and feminist messages: Lùisa transforms her rage against entrenched structures into unstoppable, creative energy. "I want to be the kind of woman that men are scared of when they go home, alone, in the dark," she sings in the title track of the new album, reversing the roles without further ado.
