In the summer of 2025, ANOMALIE PT. 1 was released, and as the title already suggested, it was never intended to be a closed chapter. Now, with her eighth album, ANOMALIE PT. 2, MADELINE JUNO continues the journey exactly where the first part of the story left off. What began with ANOMALIE PT. 1 as a process of inner reflection and an attempt to break free from old patterns, expectations, and constant emotional noise evolves into the next phase with ANOMALIE PT. 2. Her latest project is a follow-up that doesn’t simply build on the introspective soundscape, ambivalent emotions, and multi-layered lyrics of its predecessor, but consistently takes things further and takes the previous chapter up a notch.

In doing so, “ANOMALIE” has long since ceased to describe merely an artistic concept; it now also reflects the personal reality in which Madeline Juno finds herself. Much has changed for her over the years: Today, Maddie seems calmer, more grounded, and more self-assured than she did a few years ago—almost as if she’s sorted out her inner chaos. “ANOMALIE PT. 2” carries this very feeling forward: an album caught between departure and arrival, between new soundscapes and familiar honesty.
