In the Marian month of May, the Münchner Kreis für Volksmusik, Lied und Tanz e.V. invites you to a festive concert of folk music and classical music at St. Peter and Paul in Munich-Feldmoching.
The origins date back to the Baroque period. In 1841, three nuns celebrated the first May devotion in Germany in Haidhausen. Since then, this tradition has been upheld through the presentation of images of the Virgin Mary. Texts and music accompany all visitors on this evening.
