Malen im Alter – Spuren entdecken mit Farbe und Papier
In the organizer's words:
Using acrylic paints on paper, we explore the joy of creative expression step by step. The focus is not on perfect technique or the finished painting, but on the personal journey toward it. We view painting as a process of reflection—an opportunity to rediscover ourselves, let go of expectations, and give voice to our own feelings.
As a group, we encourage one another to try new things, overcome inhibitions, and boldly pick up a pencil or brush. Together, we discuss our paintings, our motivation for painting, and the questions that move us during this phase of life:
- Who am I as I grow older?
- How can I get in touch with myself during this stage of life?
- How do other people approach this stage of life?
The course is open to both beginners and those with painting experience. You can join at any time.
The course is led by Anne Ocker. She discovered her passion for painting and creative writing only after retiring. This was followed by numerous courses, further studies, and her first exhibitions. Together with other artists, she founded an artists’ collective and organized exhibitions and readings in her studio at the Schwarzer Bär.
This program is for anyone who has remained curious, wants to explore their creativity, and seeks to connect with others. What matters here isn’t the perfect work of art, but the joy of creating and the exciting question of what we discover about ourselves in the process.
