Manu Chao returns to Europe in May and June with his "Ultra Acoustic Tour"

The French-Spanish singer Manu Chao (born 1961) will soon be returning to Europe with his new "Ultra Acoustic" tour. As in previous years, Manu Chao will once again be accompanied by two fellow musicians at these concerts: On guitar is the Argentinian musician Matu Mati and on percussion instruments the Galician musician Miguel Rumbao.

Manu Chao became known in the early 90s as the frontman of Mano Negra, but achieved even greater success with his solo albums "Clandestino" and "Proxima Estación: Esperanza!". In the fall of 2024, he released his first new songs in years with his brand new album "Viva Tu". His current concerts are a mixture of these new songs and well-known older works from both Mano Negra and his solo career. Even though Manu Chao has "only" performed as a trio in recent years, his concerts remain a wonderful experience of social commitment, musical quality and tireless energy and partying.
