Austrian drummer and composer Mathias Ruppnig presents new music from his upcoming album FOAM, released on December 12, 2025.

Based in Berlin, Ruppnig is known for his distinctive voice in European jazz and his collaborations with artists such as Kurt Rosenwinkel, Doug Weiss, Jim Rotondi, Charles Altura, Ben van Gelder, Jeremy Pelt, Bill McHenry, China Moses, Annett Louisan and Justin Stanton.

For this concert, he brings together a high-level international quartet featuring Carl Morgan on guitar, Omri Abramov on saxophone, Giacomo Tagliavia on bass and himself on drums.

The program includes music from FOAM, selected jazz standards, and original compositions by other members of the band.

The result is an open and dynamic concert evening shaped by rhythmic depth, melodic freedom, warm sound, and creative interplay.
